Some improvements

- Fixed missing index page icons
- Fixed missing bbcode buttons
- Increased attachment size and freed up some space to make use of it
- Moved codebase to more scalable and on-demand setup
- Implemented new cicd to replace old deployment
- All our code is now accurately represented in source control in a step towards providing transparency to our users
- Fixed an issue affecting some users where pages wouldn't fully load.
