Can a Woman Win the US Presidential Election?

Hillary Clinton could not win, even with a majority of the votes cast.  Is the US simply never going to elect a woman as President?

I should hope so, but if it can’t just because she is a woman and this can be proved through exit polls and the like, then the US doesn’t deserve the title civilized, or united.

It’s not like this would be a question in other countries except those with medieval values.

Edit; In retrospect this is wrong, there were many rulers who were women in medieval and ancient times, therefore where it reads medieval values it should read retarded values.

Well, as you say, she got the majority of votes - so what makes you think they can't win?

Clinton didn't get the majority of swing voters in the 5-6 states where the election is decided, that's why she lost.  I see no reason why a woman can't take 75% of those votes.  Whether that woman is Harris, is another thing.
