I got 74%.

You are a terrorist-loving scoundrel who hates our dear leader and the values he defends. There are few redeeming qualities about you. You most likely celebrated when the evil-doers hit us on 9/11, then opposed the Iraq war when we tried to pay them back. You hurt us at every step and cause troops to die in the field by questioning Bush's decisions. You are most likely a lost cause, doomed to be a brainwashed victim of free thought and liberalism forever. No dose of Ann Coulter's prose can save you now.

As did I

Nomad, I like the idea, I have always been one of the citizens that is not complacent and actually stands up to police when they are doing something wrong, always respectfully, but I let them know when they are doing something that is wrong (being only 16 I've already done this five times).  I think anything that gives a record of what went on with a police officer is important.

Arg, that reminds me of an old friend of mine, We were in my room having a random conversation, and my dog is seeable outside the window, all the sudden, she screams "Oh My God! you have a dog," completely forgetting about what we were talking about (as I tried to continue the conversation normally).

Of course.  God created all of the angels.  But I'm saying that God did not create disease directly, but Satan did.  So in the grand scheme of things, God created "everything", but in the small scale, Satan did.

But you'll get different stories from everyone about that shit, so whatever.

^Agree with this one

goArmy128, you're missing the idea of Evolution. A single celled organism doesn't just magically change into a complex multicellular organism in a matter of a few biology class periods. It took millions--billions--of years.

I think he's basically using the old "If humans came from monkeys, why are there still monkeys?" stance here.  Except he's referring to single-celled organisms instead of monkeys.

which makes no sense, because every animal fits into its own evolutionary niche.

not necesarily, it could easily be said that writers of the bible were exagerating God's interaction in human affairs, or that he simply has forsaken us, prooving or disproving is not entirely possible (using the example of a Judeo-Christian God, obviously

Flat Earth Q&A / Flat Earthers are ignorant
« on: November 12, 2006, 10:51:01 AM »
How are mathematics and logic ignored, that is a stupid and non-applicable statement.  Mathematics are used all the time, when tides come up for example, and Erasmus's theory of the tides.  High Level sciences (the lovechild of mathematics and logic) are used to describe the motion of the earth through space.  and considering this site is used for debate practice by many, logic is used all the time.

Nothing, but unfortunately not everyone in America feels the same way.

Exactly, I could care less, but what I was trying to say (and in rereading it realized I missed my meaning by a lot), is that I try to not pay attention to those kind of things, but the first of anything is always a test.

And I dunno about Powell, he is old news at this point.
