It will most likely take some time to float the idea of a new forum.

For now I would suggest creating a topic in either everything else or alternative science. Either would be fine.

I think that's a stupid idea.  Almost all the topics on this forum directly involve philosophy anyway.

Between Alternative Science and Everything Else, there's plenty of place for philosophy discussion already.
