Not directly, but that's the impression I got from this:

I then had a family, and child.

Then came my enlightenment for a second time, the first lost in suffering.   

I believe he is referring to his earlier spiritual experience, which was some years ago.

It just comes naturally, wouldn't you agree?

Also, why is this in announcements? Isn't the philosophy, religion, and society board more appropriate? JD even said that the earth's shape did not matter, so I don't see how this is an FE announcement.

I'm not sure, really. It sounds interesting, though I'm not sure that religion is the right term, unless John plans some kind of organised structure or hierarchy. It sounds more like a philosophical perspective, though a great many religions claim to be that as well.
