Though I agree we don't need a specific rule about this, I don't know why you guys go on about there being so many rules, given that we only have 10, and only about half of those apply in RM. Unless you become a bot and start spamming ads, there are only 3 things you're realistically going to get banned for there, and they are Hate Speech, Explicit content (e.g. porn gore etc) and alts (which everyone in this thread seems to be sick of).

Given that, I'm at a loss as to which of our rules are so superfluous as to make the current number 'too many'. If anyone wants to show me a rule we don't need and why we don't need it, I'm all ears.

(p.s. @ Peach: I know you said "enough", it just reminded me of this general complaint)

Cause I might want to call somebody a dickhead or a prick?   ;D   I just wanted to peep up a little, no big thing either way. You admin people decide.

Peach, I would never let it come to that. You are too nice to have a fight with. But that SCG, grrrr, we're mad at each other grrrr!

Well, if he was telling the truth, I'd like to know where his grave is so I can pay my respects to the departed by fertilizing the flowers left there.  Also, I hope his heirs choke on the money he left them.

I think the ichi thing has no bearing on the "no harassment rule"

That was illegal off site stalking, not on site harassment which is what this rule would prevent, and was illegal behavior, meaning it is covered by laws outside the site and does not even have to be stated as off limits. By definition you can not commit illegal acts on this site. (this does not include claiming to have done something illegal as that is protected by free speech and up to the site owner whether it is on topic or unwanted)

Oh yeah, and thanks to that, I found out his last name was Dull.

With predators like SCG stalking the board, I now see the need for this rule.
